I am excited to announce the release of 52 Weeks of Yoga with Wendy Campbell. I developed 52 yoga sessions that will sequentially guide you through a full spectrum yoga practice in one year. It is organized in a way that you can apply the deeper meanings of yoga into your everyday life. All my years of teaching are now presented in one package that you can take with you to build and inspire your practice. With the popularity of yoga and the amount of content and interpretations to choose from, yoga might seem confusing and a daunting task to take on. Finding a yoga practice shouldn’t be distracting and stressful; my motivation is for you to find union through clarity.
